Sharlene asked me to write this.

This was my first time performing with the alumni band, it was a very fun experience.  I found it very hard to keep up because I only had around 3 rehearsals together with the alumni band and the pieces were not easy either. But overall it was fun. The downside to this all is I had to spend a nice Sunday in the freezing conference hall, IDK why but it was so cold especially on stage and in the holding room. I also got a small trumpet pin from the alumni's which was quite nice.
