wow...this blog has rotted to the core lol. it's been a whole mth (plus a few days) since anyone posted anything. i might as well try to save it now lol.
well...the past few days have been great to me. the last week of sch, throughout monday, tuesday and wednesday i was continuously counting down to thursday, which basically was the beginning of the hols, considering that it was just a celebration and all that. but! i waited in anticipation not for the amkss teacher's day celebrations, but rather for the fact that i would be going back to my primary school and meet up with all my old mates.
in the end, i didnt even bother going to amk on thurs, just made my way back to the old alma mater in the late morning. i got there around 11, but kinda retarded cos the sch only allowed ex-students in at 1.30 -.-. so, rotted outside for about an hr waiting for ppl to come(i was damn early).
when we finally had a group, we decided to go to parkway to eat first, as it was still early. we went to BK. seriously, the place was 90% filled with Ngee Ann alumnus la lol. i had eaten earlier, so wasnt hungry. just talked with the guys as they ate. dammit, it was nice talking to them again. REALLY funny, and i had my first 'real football talk' in a long long time.
after lunch, we were about to head back when we saw our old teacher at parkway! apparently she was supposed to be on course but it ended early so she went to parkway to do smth first lolololol. in other words, she pon sch. lololol
we still went back to the sch, and met many other ppl, not from this core group. we joked and joked and joked and joked some more, damn funny shit. also, the NAPS staff were as uptight as ever. one of my friends stuck his head into the elevator, and this fat malay dude came going all 'HEY U WHAT U DOING'. retarded. he must be touchy about his age, as he kept going 'U DON'T SEE MY HAIR WHITE MEANS I CANNOT CATCH U'. sacred of ageing just say la act so macho for wat. idiot.
anyway we had a laugh at his expense. after a while we decided to go watch a movie, Monster House, at marina square. this was one huge group, 19 ppl in total, and the line of movie tickets was hilariously long. the movie itself was ok la, quite funny in some parts, but quite short, only 1 1/2 hour long.
after we got out, after a little discussion, we decided to head home, but not before taking a group pic. wanna see it just ask me lol. everyone headed home after that, but i went to a friend's house and on a spontaneous decision made later, i decided to stay overnight at his place. cool shit. we played till 2 am then drifted off to slp watching the simpsons on dvd lol.
woke up, had a nice little breakfast then went off home as he had flag day. a fantastic 2 1/2 days spent with old friends. i miss them all.
so, on to the rest of the past few days. nth much happened, just had some de-stressing time to myself. on monday went to watch the dvd Mr Tan brought. 'made us think' is the phrase to use to describe it. also, my parents told me that they had paid the deposit on a new car. it's the toyota wish, if i'm not wrong. nice stuff. it'll be coming at the end of the mth. cool huh. lol.
then ytd, had an uneventful morning before heading to clarissa's house for AGM meeting. quite fun, actually. the stuff we did was qutie productive, although other aspects of the meeting were inconclusive. also, saw HER there...pretty nice heh.
after the meeting we had KFC for dinner...cos of the number of ppl clarissa had to order like $100+ worth of food. chicken, chicken and more chicken lol. quite nice la, but i would've preferred pizza hut. also, iris has a humoungous appetite lol. eat and eat and eat and eat and eat x3000000 times lol.
we watched a dvd after that. 'just my luck'. ok show la, but i feel it lends too much from star power. lindsay lohan is f*** la, but she's what's hot today (proves that public opinion is usually the worst), and the producers decided to put the band Mcfly in also, when they could've gone for a more authentic feel (start power shit. Mcfly is rubbish.) .
after the movie, we went home. quite a fun day, really.
so here i am now, posting on wednesday, 45 minutes before tuition lol. had bio lesson in the morning, boring, but ok.
